We offer a 5-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods and custom orders, are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
